Proline Custom Concrete Stamps

Step 1
Gather your Information.

Collect all the information. The more detailed information provided, the more accurate the quote will be. Please provide as much of the following:

• For Logos, text or special image type custom projects:
  • Provide the best file available. Vector file or an original pdf.
  • Include specific details such as size of the overall image, depth and width of the impression and if there’s any type of texture that needs to be added.
  • If there are words/letters, please provide the name of the font and dimension of the letter, height and width of capital letters, vs lower case.
  • Spacing between images or words.
  • Etc.
• For pattern stamp type custom projects:
  • If there is an example picture, such as an exisiting stamped area that you are trying to match please provide pictures in various angles.  Most important is to capture a large area.
  • Size and dimension of the details. Include depth and width of the joints.
  • If there is a texture, Proline recommends that you peruse the library of textures in their “texture skin” page of their website.  If you need an original texture, Proline might request a large sample to be sent.
  • Pattern stamps may be made as a traditional stamp, Proline's patented locking design or their patented magnetic design. Once Proline understands your goal and vision of the design you are trying to achieve, and if you are open to suggestions, they may be able to manufacture a stamp that will work better than what you may be use to using.

Step 2
Contact your Farrell sales representative or store for pricing.

Step 3
Work and collaborate with Proline.
This is where the majority of the time is spent, between the back and forth of proofs, changes and approvals.

Step 4
Let Proline manufacture your design.
Proline is urethane and manufacturing experts, that's why they are the professional choice.
Manufacture will begin.
