Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using a variety of carriers. Shipping costs will be determined by the shipping location, amount of items, box/product dimensions and total weight of items. Typically, most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days if the item is in stock. Orders placed on Holidays or weekends (Saturday or Sunday), will be processed on the next business day. Freight items may require more time. If we encounter problems with your order, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

If an order is shipped using a "Free Shipping" method at checkout, we will choose the best carrier to ship the item based on cost and time. If you are located in one of our delivery zones we may be the ones delivering your item.

In some cases, we may ship items directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case, we will contact you within 1-2 business days.

Farrell Equipment honors all national holidays and we will not ship on these days.

Upon shipment of your items you may receive a tracking number (dependent on carrier). You must provide a valid email during checkout in order to receive a tracking number.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Most orders placed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT), will be ready within a few hours. However, it may be possible that an item will need to be transferred from another store or requested from the vendor. If this is the case, you will be notified via the telephone number and/or email address you provided.

After all items are in stock, we will hold your order for 14 days. If the order is not picked up after 14 days, we will process a refund to the purchasing credit card for the amount of the order minus a 25% restocking fee. Contact before the 14th day if you are unable to pick up your order.

If you placed an order for in-store pickup and have a Farrell account representative for an in-store account, your representative will be in touch with you about free delivery of your purchased item.
