If you're looking for Gildan, Hanes, Port & Company, Port Authority, ERB Safety, Radians, Majestic, PIP, Milwaukee, Under Armour, Adidas, Columbia, Carhartt, New Era, Sport-Tek, FlexFit, or another brand we can order it. Hi-Vis workwear like vests, shirts, and jackets are a must have on jobsite so why not promote your company on them.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the number of graphics, placement, ink/thread colors, and garment choice. Quantity discounts are available. Screen setup fees will be applied for new customers/graphics, unless stated otherwise. One-time digitizing fee per logo for embroidery. For orders being shipped, additional charges may apply. Ask about free jobsite delivery if you are located in our territory.

Payment

Custom apparel orders will be charged to your Farrell account. If you do not have an account, orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise approved.

Minimum Orders

We do not have any order minimum, but there will be setup fees for new customers/graphics.

Vector Graphics

Don't know what a vector graphic is? Vector graphics are points, lines, curves, and shapes that are based on mathematical formulas. When you scale a vector file, it isn't low resolution and there's no loss of quality, so it can be sized to however large or small you need it to be. Vectors are usually made in a program like Adobe Illustrator. Vector files include .ai, .eps, and some .pdfs. Images files like .jpg, .png, .gif are raster files. These raster graphics use colorized pixels and when you enlarge/shrink a raster file with too much quality is lost and it will look pixelated or blurry.

Artwork Approval

All artwork proofs will be sent through email. We will not start production until the proof is approved and signed by the customer. Because email is digital, color may not be exact match to graphic or garment. The customer is responsible for checking artwork for spelling, color, placement of the art, and accuracy. Any changes requested after customer approval could result in production delays and may require additional charges.

Copyright/Trademark

We will not print designs that use copyrighted or trademarked material according to state and federal laws. We cannot reproduce any trademarked graphic without the written consent of the owner.

Customer Supplied Garments

We do not accept customer-supplied products for screen printing or embroidery.

Lead Times

Design and production times can vary based on the complexity of the artwork. Most orders can be completed in 2 weeks. If you have a larger order, we will give you our best estimated lead time in the quote. Please let us know if you have a deadline so we can let you know if we can meet it and make any adjustments to our production, if needed. Garments we don't stock are ordered after your artwork is approved and/or payment has been made. Items may be out of stock. If that is the case, we will contact you to provide a estimated time of arrival or a comparable replacement for your approval.

Returns

Due to the customization of your apparel, we do not accept returns. If an item is considered deflective, flawed, or misprinted by our staff the item will be replaced at no cost or a refund/credit will be issued. We must receive your request of the deflective product within 5 business days of pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to use our professional judgement on any defects.
