Farrell Equipment Heavy Duty Floor Patch - 50 LB Bag
Farrell Heavy Duty Floor Patch is a hi-performance, fast setting, high strength cementitious concrete patch compound. Its quick set time allows repairs to be completed quickly. Patched Surfaces are returned to normal use within two hours.
When properly mixed and cured, Heavy Duty Floor patch meets the following compressive strength:
3 hours: 1,500 PSI
1 Day: 2,500 PSI
7 Days: 4,000 PSI
28 Days: 7,000 PSI
Yield: .43 cu ft.
Installation: Preparation: Remove all loose or unsound material. All oil, grease, and sealers must be removed from the substrate before floor patching begins.
Mixing: Mix up to 7/8 Gal. of 50/50 mix of Farrell Bonding Agent and water to 50 lb bag of Farrell Heavy Duty Floor Patch (depending on desired consistency). Mix with a power drill and mixing paddle. Add recommended amount of Farrell Bonding Agent and water into the container, followed by slowly adding the Heavy Duty Floor Patch powder. Mix 3 Minutes minimum. Mix only what can be applied within the setting period. Do not exceed 7/8 gal of Farrell Bonding Agent and water. Heavy Duty Floor Patc can be applied from feather edge to 2 without adding aggregate.
