3M Fire barrier sealant in blue color is ideal for fire stopping applications pipe, perimeter joints, construction joints and through penetration openings. It is a spray able high solid formula material that dries in 30 - 60 minutes to form a tough, elastomeric coating. It is water based for easy installation, cleanup and disposal. It measures 8.200 Inch x 6.200 Inch x 12 Inch. A single-part, non-sag latex remains pliable allowing for normal pipe movement.
Caulk offers excellent adhesion characteristics to most common construction materials. It provides a continuous seal with a movement capability of +/-16% when fully cured. Multiviscosity grade provides excellent caulking properties. It is color-coded for easy identification and inspection. It features endothermic fillers to absorb heat and release water. Sealant is ASTM certified.
