A powerhouse supply company is now teamed up with a powerhouse tool company

Eau Claire, WI – Farrell Equipment & Supply, a family-owned construction supply house, announced the asset purchase of Thomas tool & Supply Inc. on September 1st, 2022.

Farrell Equipment & Supply is proud to bring Thomas Tool into the Farrell Family. With the acquisition, Farrell will now have 12 locations throughout Wisconsin & Minnesota to provide the same great service both companies are known for. The most important asset that Farrell is excited about is the wealth of knowledge that the Thomas Tool employees will bring to the team.

Founded in 1968, Farrell Equipment & Supply has called Eau Claire, Wisconsin home to its corporate office since the beginning. Farrell got its start in concrete construction supply but since then has added products to its catalog to be known as the go-to source for all types of construction supplies. Before the acquisition, Farrell had 8 branches located in Wisconsin & Minnesota. With the addition of Thomas Tool, Farrell will now have an additional 4 locations in Minnesota. Farrell & Thomas Tool share many of the same product offerings from power tools & equipment to safety products and more.
